Springboard Pilates

Springboard Pilates uses the roll down bar, push-through bar, arm and leg springs to align, strengthen, and move your whole body in a challenging but fun Pilates modality. Feel centered, strong and balanced in your body! Equipment supports up to 400 lbs. Equipment class package can be applied.

Pilates Fusion (sliding scale)

This class integrates the best of Pilates, Barre, dance, and body-weight workouts to give you a core-focused challenge. Class includes some standing Barre work and centered mat time and will incorporate props such as hand weights, TheraBands, and balls. Movements can be modified for all skill levels. Come prepared to sweat! Non-equipment class packages can be applied.

Energizing Morning Pilates (sliding scale)

Invigorate your body with breath and flow while maintaining focus and concentration for a deep mind-body connection. Perform exercises on the Springboard practicing control and healthy body alignment to build strength, flexibility, and overall body wellness. Springboard equipment supports up to 400 lbs. Equipment class packages can be applied.

SpringBarre Pilates

This fun 60 minute class combines the precise, isometric movements of Barre with Springboard Pilates equipment. SpringBarre integrates the roll down bar, push-through bar, arm and leg springs to provide a challenging, low impact workout for your whole body! Movements can be modified for all skill levels. Equipment class packages can be applied.

Mat & Small Props

This class offers energizing sequences focused on integrating strength, stability, balance, breath and overall body awareness. Pilates based mat work is supplemented with props such as foam rollers, small balls, hand weights, magic circle, and thera-bands. Accessible to all levels, this is a dynamic flow inviting deeper alignment within our body, mind, and soul. Non-equipment class packages can be applied.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training will focus on muscular endurance and cardio using bodyweight exercises, suspension trainers, kettlebells, and more. This is a beginner-friendly class with plenty of options to alter intensity and modify exercises to meet the needs of individuals. Participants will need to be able to get up and down from the floor for this class. Non-equipment class packages can be applied.

Barre

Embrace the shake with pliés, relevé, pulses, chair pose and more set to awesome tunes for an hour-long sweat-inducing experience. Barre is a challenging low impact group fitness class using small isometric movements and high repetitions. Expect small precise movements interwoven with breath work, stretching, functional movement, and the occasional cardiovascular boost. Barre is welcoming to all and strives to be an accessible class at any level. No dance experience required. Non-equipment class packages can be applied.

Chen Taiji

Chen taiji is a physically demanding yet meditative practice that focuses on alignment and building strength and power. This practice is suitable for all fitness and strength levels. Class will cover standing, silk reeling (or circling hands), our foundational form xinjia, as well as an introduction to push hands.

Dynamic Hatha Flow Yoga

Come to energize, ground, and calm the body and mind in this beginner to intermediate level class! Fusing the fluidity of Vinyasa and longer held poses of Hatha, Dynamic Hatha Flow encourages students to bring attention to their alignment, as they build heat, strength, and flexibility. Modifications are provided through the support of props and personal attention so that students can grow in their yoga practice.
