Lengthen, Strengthen, & Deepen your Thanks w/ Irene Trantas

Join Irene Trantas to build strength, explosive power, and the ability to hold steadfast, lengthening poses! This multifaceted workshop class will begin by incorporating foundational Mat Pilates work with resistance bands,  lengthening all areas of potential tightness. The focus will then shift to Kettlebell basics with a strong emphasis on proper form, setting the stage for a safe and effective practice. Finally, Suspension training will be introduced as you play with your body's connection to the anchor point and resistance with a sense of creativity, cultivating a practice where you can breathe space into every movement.
